Ed Bogle

Market Analysis

MATCHING MARKET CONDITIONS WITH CORE COMPETENCIES

Ed has a track record of extraordinary success through dissecting business conditions and organizational competencies to define innovation and strategies in market value, brand creation, profits and renewal (sustainable market advantage).

He utilizes, shares and emboldens companies and organizations through unique processes, mentoring and masterminding: a collision with purpose, passion and profits with market reality. He utilizes his network of resources to build alliances and partnership for greater market value and speed in go-to-market strategies.

MARKET SHARE GROWTH PLANNING

During his career, Ed has directed the market assessment and development of a strategic plan to reverse approximately $5 million annual operating loss of an integrated regional health care provider. The effort included market and industry assessment to identify opportunities and threats created by a shift in the reimbursement system and an emerging competitive environment.

The plans resulted in a redesigned delivery system, new “brand” positioning, downsized operations ($5.3 million annual savings), identification of key new opportunities and brand repositioning. A plan was developed and implemented within 120 days and returned the institution to profitability and market share growth within one year.

GRANDPA FIRST AND FOREMOST

When not at the office, Ed is golfing or woodworking. Although, with a huge family that celebrates every birthday and holiday, it is likely that he is helping to plan a party or cooking a feast. He especially loves hanging out with his amazing grandkids.

Ed loves to see people succeed, which makes his job really rewarding. Interacting with clients and knowing that he and the Blue Sky team are making a positive difference in their business keeps him excited about what he does. Ed loves the challenge of helping them in reaching their objectives and exploring, framing and selecting the best strategic options.
